Recovery by Design was an evolving group of Vancouver artists recovering together in a studio we created for ourselves. Since the closure of ARA Mental Health in August 2016, Fred's been drifting around trying to find a new studio to call home. So stay tuned.
Marching On
Marching On is meant to depict soldier like trees that are marching into a fiery pit. This represent my sacrificial love I have for my soul mate, willing to die over and over again for her.
I am each tree and the trees are soldiers. Each a testimony of true love ablaze. Lovingly following honour's orders and marching down into the fiery night sky. Each casts its own final crucifixion pose before disintegrating.
